Welcome to my blog! I have been living gluten free since 2009. I also have reactions to onions, ginger, pineapple, and mushrooms. At times, I am an alphabet soup of mildly annoying medical conditions. With the help of my family, friends, and boyfriend Scott, I carry on & love the journey.

As a 20-something nursing student & pediatric PCA, I'm passionate about food - growing, cooking, eating, and sharing it. Active in the Cincinnati Celiac Support Group, I am a country girl who shares my experiences in making gluten-free easy, delectable, and convenient as I live and work in the Queen City.
